Let’s Talk About My iPod: March 13, 2007

Among the many great things about my day job is I can sit at my desk and listen to my iPod for long stretches of the day. I honestly don’t know how I got by without my iPod. Steve Jobs should win a Nobel Peace Prize!

There was a time, when I first landed this gig, I was bringing stacks of CDs with me in backpack or briefcase that looked alarmingly like a purse. It was terrible. I still didn’t have all of what I wanted to have with me on any given day, the jewel cases got munched, and did I mention the alarming purse resemblance? My iPod has made my life better. My iPod has made me a better person. I get into at least 21.5 percent less trouble at family gatherings since I started traveling with my iPod. Steve Jobs should win a Nobel Peace Prize.

Here is the list of what I listened to at work today:

Not much in the way of diversity today. Springsteen, Pulp, Zeppelin, and a little Petty- that’s about it. Some days are a little more varied than this.
