Music of the Moment: Tuatara - West of The Moon
So I started the morning deciding I wouldn’t do ordinary writing about writing but would instead throw myself into the work. I’m at my desk listening to this new Tuatara CD, sketching notes for what will become my review, and I can’t stop yawning. I don’t think the two are connected. In fact, I’m sure they’re not. I went to bed sometime around 2 a.m. and the day’s first Vanilla Coke has failed to inject even the slightest energy.
So, what does this mean?
I can’t focus for shit on a good day, and today is not that which means these efforts are likely in vain. That said, if you’re going to waste your time you could find worse records with which to waste your time than West of The Moon.
