Springsteen Magic Tour 10/18/07 NYC #2: 5 Songs from Born to Run, “Jungleland” Debuts
Once again, it pays to be patient (and I’m not just referring to my update). The second night of a two-night stand city is when you want to catch Bruce & Co. Five songs from Born to Run were played, including the debut of “Jungleland” (finally) and “Meeting Across The River.” Tunnel of Love was also represented by Our National Anthem (this is how 11 refers to “Tougher Than the Rest”). This was a strong set list and at first glance might be my favorite thus far. I’d have to review Philly 2 and East Rutherford 2, but this might top them both.
