Return of the Living Dead — And Pete Doherty, Too
Sorry for the no updates around here yesterday. I spent a lot of time working on my nearly-complete review of Babyshambles’ Shotter’s Nation.
When I started working on it, everything was hunky dory for our boy Pete. He was clean and clear of legal troubles. In the time it’s taken me to write my review, he’s been filmed shooting up and voluntarily checked himself back into rehab.
Dammit!
I was looking forward to a music-only conversation of Pete and Babyshambles. This totally ruins it.
I hate to say I saw it coming, what with Pete saying in an interview he was “mourning for an armful” of H. I’m also disgusted that someone actually filmed him doing the drugs and sold him out to the tabloids. That’s about the most classless move I’ve ever seen.
