Springsteen Magic Tour 11/14/07 Albany, NY: “E-Street Shuffle” and “4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)” Debut
Maybe this will shut them up! BruceFan seems to have an unnatural fetish for “The E-Street Shuffle” and “4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy).” I’ll admit… I don’t get this. I don’t hate or even dislike these songs, but neither ranks up there as my favorite Springsteen songs. I wouldn’t have been disappointed to hear them, but neither would have made my night. I have a feeling I’m in the minority on that. Good for Albany, though. I’m sure both songs went over huge.
This is one hell of a way to wrap up the first US leg of the Magic World Tour. Two US shows left for the year, a two nighter in Boston. It could get interesting, folks.
