Confessions of a Fanboy

The first leg of Bruce Springsteen’s world tour in support of his amazing new record Magic ended last night with a second night in Boston, home of the World Champion Red Sox. I’m going to have to go back over these articles and set lists and take a look at the different nights. All of them had something great, some of them had something truly special.

Last night saw the tour premieres of “This Hard Land” and “Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out.” “The E-Street Shuffle” and “4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)” were also played. Friends, that’s the way you close out a tour! Next up, a run through Europe and a well-earned break before revving it up again.

If you missed Bruce on the first run through the US, don’t fear! A second run of US dates is slowly trickling out and tickets are going on sale. Atlanta, for example.
