Bruce Springsteen “Across The Border/Santa Ana” in Atlanta Campaign Kickoff
Welcome to the Confessions of a Fanboy “Across The Border/Santa Ana in Atlanta” Campaign Kickoff!
As many of you are aware, I’ll be attending my first ever Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band concert this April. For some people that would be enough. I guess I’m like Muddy Waters; “I Can’t Be Satisfied.” Not only do I want to see Bruce and the band, I’d like to make a little set list suggestion for my first show.
Actually, 11 and I would both like to make a little suggestion. I’m calling for “Across The Border,” he’s holding out for “Santa Ana.” I think the Vegas odds on either of these songs is extremely poor, but I’m like Han Solo in The Empire Strikes Back: “Never tell me the odds.”
So, every day between now and my Atlanta concert I’ll be campaigning, requesting, begging, and pleading with Bruce to play “Across The Border” and “Santa Ana” in Atlanta on April 25.
There’s no way I can be disappointed by this show; Bruce has too many great songs for me to not hear anything I want to hear. Hell, I love his new album and he’s playing most of that each night. The show is going to be great, but why not shoot for the moon?
So, how about it Bruce? “Across The Border” and “Santa Ana” in Atlanta!

Good luck with your requests. Do your choices have any significance to the area? When he plays here in Anaheim, CA, “Santa Ana” is a city close by. It will be my second Bruce concert.
No geographic significance, El B, just songs we’d love to hear.
