Birds Of A Feather
I’ve just finished listening to Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings and I’m a few minutes from finishing off Hard Candy. Part of me wants to continue traveling backwards and fire up This Desert Life, while another part of me wants to listen to The Black Crowes’ Warpaint. I think I’m going to do both, actually. I think I’m going to queue them both up and listen to them in random order. It’s not the same as sitting down and listening to the album from beginning to end, but I’m not sure I have the patience to listen to one and then the other. Besides, if I listen to Desert, I’m definitely going to want to continue my backwards trek through Counting Crows’ discography.
I have a lot of ground to cover. There are four CDs on a UPS truck heading to my house as we speak.
