Barrett Martin Interview on B-Sides Concept Album: Transcribing
I’m back at work again today, grinding out a few more dollars to pay for my music habit. The good news? Today’s tasks are fairly easy and monotonous. There is plenty of time to let my mind wander while still getting some needed work done. In fact, I’m listening to and transcribing my interview with Barrett Martin while I work. Have I mentioned how cool that interview was? I should hasten to add the coolness had nothing to do with me and everything to do with learning more about him and his music.
If you haven’t listened to it yet, what’s wrong with you? If you haven’t listened to it yet, I’m about to make this a little easier: I’m transcribing the interview and will be breaking it into some smaller pieces here at Fanboy and for BC Magazine. Transcription can be a bit of a tedious process, especially when you have the focus of a gnat like I do. Despite that part of it, I’m enjoying the hell out of listening to this all once more.
